Summary. The purpose of this article is to describe the activities of project "Guidance Paths", a three-year project supported by the Italian Ministry of Labour and the Social Policy and carried out by CNR-Ibimet, Institute of Biometeorology of the National Research Council. The main objective of the program is to promote female employment in rural areas through the growth of entrepreneurship as an instrument of territorial development and preservation of knowledge related to agricultural and craft activities. In particular, the activities of the second year of project "Guidance Paths" are presented. These activities include the design and implementation of guidance and information sessions presented to female entrepreneurs in addition to career counseling.
