To improve visualization and detection of cow spermatozoa numerical analysis is implemented starting from Digital Holographic (DH) recording. Quantitative Phase Map (QPM) and qualitative Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) imaging are performed. A further approach is described to get QPM for specimen flowing in micro-fluidic channels.
