The novel gas-sensitive structures consisting of top-layer of titanium bis-phtalocyaninate and ultra-thin bottom-layer of Pt were developed. The chemical composition of the samples was studied by combining XPS analysis with cyclic Ar+ etching. The resistance response of TiPc2/Pt structures to gases was examined. The investigated samples were detecting H-2 and NO, in air at the temperatures of 20 - 150 degrees C.

Abstract

The novel gas-sensitive structures consisting of top-layer of titanium bis-phtalocyaninate and ultra-thin bottom-layer of Pt were developed. The chemical composition of the samples was studied by combining XPS analysis with cyclic Ar+ etching. The resistance response of TiPc2/Pt structures to gases was examined. The investigated samples were detecting H-2 and NO, in air at the temperatures of 20 - 150 degrees C.
