Compositionally graded Ba(1-x)SrTiO3 thickfilms were fabricated using the airflow deposition technique. Bulk samples were fabricated from the same precursor powders for comparison purposes. Characterization revealed close similarity, between thick films and bulk samples field behaviour A simple model was proposed to allow estimating the electric field distribution in the vicinity of the Curie point based on the experimental data obtained for bulk samples.
