Reflectance and transmission UV-visible and near-IR spectra of Pc2Ti have been explored and used to define the Ti(IV) 3d level positions in the energetic diagram. Electron-energy-loss (EELS) and photoelectron (XPS) spectroscopies have allowed examination of some of the first interband transitions and some plasmon transitions associated with oscillation of valence electrons in the crystals of Pc2Ti. EELS spectra of the analogous Pc2Sn were also examined for comparison.

Abstract
Reflectance and transmission UV-visible and near-IR spectra of Pc2Ti have been explored and used to define the Ti(IV) 3d level positions in the energetic diagram. Electron-energy-loss (EELS) and photoelectron (XPS) spectroscopies have allowed examination of some of the first interband transitions and some plasmon transitions associated with oscillation of valence electrons in the crystals of Pc2Ti. EELS spectra of the analogous Pc2Sn were also examined for comparison.File in questo prodotto:
