The request for stable pure deep blue polymeric emitters has motivated the development of new strategies to achieve stable and efficient emitters for low cost solution processable OLEDs. We report on two different approaches to enhance both the photostability and the performance of polyfluorene derivatives. The strategies are both rational and efficacious and lead to stable fluorescent OLED with external quantum efficiency up to 5 %.

Abstract
