The Mede@ project was dedicated to the design and implementation of a general model for widescale online training within the area of Continuing Professional Development of teachers. The particular field of application was a national system of environmental education (LABNET project). The model that was implemented was of the autopoietic type: each edition of the online course, conducted with a small virtual community, involves the production of know how and materials for the running of subsequent editions.
Il progetto Mede@ ha sviluppato e sperimentato, a partire dalle esigenze di un sistema nazionale per l'educazione ambientale (progetto LABNET), un modello generale di formazione in rete per rispondere alle esigenze della formazione in servizio dei docenti orientata a grandi numeri. Il modello sperimentato è di tipo autopoietico e prevede che ogni edizione di un corso in rete (basata su una piccola comunità virtuale) produca le risorse sia di know how che di materiali per lo svolgimento di altre edizioni del corso.
