In this paper, the problem is faced of solving high-dimension tasks through a properly coordinated workgroup. Tasks are divided in elementary subtasks, which are first grouped into main subtasks according to their type; main subtasks are carried out independently of each other and integrated afterwards. To this purpose, people at disposal are divided in subgroups, one for each main subtask. Coordinators are elected, one for each group, in charge of guiding the main subtasks management and integrate final results. A hierarchical representation of the above approach is discussed and a complete example shown that can be proposed at school, i.e. the hardware installation and software set up of a new personal computer.

Abstract
In this paper, the problem is faced of solving high-dimension tasks through a properly coordinated workgroup. Tasks are divided in elementary subtasks, which are first grouped into main subtasks according to their type; main subtasks are carried out independently of each other and integrated afterwards. To this purpose, people at disposal are divided in subgroups, one for each main subtask. Coordinators are elected, one for each group, in charge of guiding the main subtasks management and integrate final results. A hierarchical representation of the above approach is discussed and a complete example shown that can be proposed at school, i.e. the hardware installation and software set up of a new personal computer.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
