The highest number of isolated arbuscular micorrhizal spores (Fig.7 ) was detected in the soil Pignato1, the soil with the lowest phosphorous content. The lowest number in the soils in the Zisola locality. Most of the isolated spores had a diameter > 200µm and of 50 µm. No spores had a diameter >500 µm (Tab. 4). Figure 7 shows the negative correlation between total spore number and total phosphorous content. The highest spore number was detected in the soils with the lowest content of this element. An almost null number of spores were found in the soils with the highest phosphorous content.

Abstract
The highest number of isolated arbuscular micorrhizal spores (Fig.7 ) was detected in the soil Pignato1, the soil with the lowest phosphorous content. The lowest number in the soils in the Zisola locality. Most of the isolated spores had a diameter > 200µm and of 50 µm. No spores had a diameter >500 µm (Tab. 4). Figure 7 shows the negative correlation between total spore number and total phosphorous content. The highest spore number was detected in the soils with the lowest content of this element. An almost null number of spores were found in the soils with the highest phosphorous content.File in questo prodotto:
