Decision-making processes in land planning require that information is shared among all the interested subjects. Abstract
Decision-making processes in land planning require that information is shared among all the interested subjects. For information sharing to be effective, it is not sufficient to make the information available; it is necessary to make such informa-tion easy and convenient to access and understand, using for example online soft-ware tools. This paper presents a set of software tools for information sharing: a software for the communication of the procedures, a data and indicators catalogue, and a light geographic information system. The software tools presented are designed, imple-mented and tested within the LIFE-Environment Project SFIDA to support the elaboration of a plan for sustainable tourism in three Italian municipalities located close to Lake Garda.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
