Abstract
Over the last decade, two big technological revolution have been witnessed, on the one side the development of recombinant DNA techniques and on the other the development of information technology and thus telecommunications. Bio-molecular science, in this last decade, has produced a massise amount of data mostly relevant to biosequences, that is sequences of nucleic acids and proteins. In order to gain insight of the informational content of biosequences and to allow their storage, data retrieval and method for their analysis are needed.File in questo prodotto:
