The present work aims to analyse the main hydraulic architecture used in hydraulic mobile systems: Constant Pressure, Variable Pressure, Load Sensing, Positive Control, Open Centre and Negative Control. The purpose is to analyse the main intrinsic characteristics of each architecture, by means of a simulation of a system composed by an individual actuator. Based on an inverse simulation process, control parameters that are typical of each single architecture, were identified in order to ensure a precise speed profile, allowing to compare the characteristics of each system, starting from the energy efficiency and getting to interesting aspects regarding the ease of control and stability.

Abstract
The present work aims to analyse the main hydraulic architecture used in hydraulic mobile systems: Constant Pressure, Variable Pressure, Load Sensing, Positive Control, Open Centre and Negative Control. The purpose is to analyse the main intrinsic characteristics of each architecture, by means of a simulation of a system composed by an individual actuator. Based on an inverse simulation process, control parameters that are typical of each single architecture, were identified in order to ensure a precise speed profile, allowing to compare the characteristics of each system, starting from the energy efficiency and getting to interesting aspects regarding the ease of control and stability.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
