Abstract
Electrodeposition of polyphenothiäzine films onto gold and platinum from unsubstituted phenothiazine was achieved by anodization in hydroalcoholic basic solutions in the presence of hydrosulfide ions. The films, composed of sulfur bridged polyphenothiazine moieties, are reversibly oxidized in acid solution to the green cationic form. The influence of electrochemical and chemical parameters on film formation, durability and redox properties is investigated.File in questo prodotto:
