This paper shows the results of a survey, carried-out in the NMR unit, where a 1.5 T magnet is used, for two years (2006-2008) . The survey was finalized to set-up a suitable methodology to evaluate the safety work conditions of the NMR operating personnel, through the measurement of the magnetic flux density. After, the measured values have been compared with the established limit values.
