Optimisation of results was obtained in different operating conditions using an anechoic termination. A comprehensive representation of the pump casing stresses was obtained with a two-dimensional finite element analysis. The response to some reference pressure distributions was compared to that for actual pump operating characteristics. Abstract
A description was given of the experimental procedure and computation steps carried out to determine the internal pressure behaviour and the consequent gear load distribution of a 33cu cm displacement pump. Optimisation of results was obtained in different operating conditions using an anechoic termination. A comprehensive representation of the pump casing stresses was obtained with a two-dimensional finite element analysis. The response to some reference pressure distributions was compared to that for actual pump operating characteristics. Particular attention was paid to the complexity, reliability and effectiveness of the numerical software application.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
