Following these general guidelines we'U say: -what does the Common or Internal Market mean; -what has been forced to change or to evolve in the field of normalization and certification; -what has been already done at European level; Finally we'll give, as geografic exemplification, the Italian situation and we'll present as sectorial state of the art that of earthmoving and construction machinery.
