Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate the group velocity tuning of ultra-short pulses through ?(2)-cascaded interactions. Group delay shifts up to 50fs are achieved by propagating 40fs pulses around 1400nm in a 25-mm-long periodically-poled stoichiometric lithiumtantalate crystal. © 2005 IEEE.
