Abstract
The present review is àn attempt to rationalize old and new results referring to formation of cyclopentane and cyclohexane derivatives, containing oxygenated functions, from organic unsaturated sgbstrates and carbon monoxide. Cyclopentanonic and cyclohexanonic derivatives are found in a variety of natural substrates of biological importance such as steroids, prostaglandins, pyrethroids, etc,, and an easya ccesst o theser ings would provide organic chemists with an useful tool.File in questo prodotto:
