Abstract
We investigated the energy distribution of secondary electron emission intensity as a function of the electron beam incidence angle. We found that it is modulated by the surface layer structure via scattering interference of exciting electron wave. Different regions of the secondary electrons distribution curve exibit a significantly different dependence on the incidence angle. THis has been interpreted in terms of a weighted superposition of different contrubutions, each of them having its own angular anisotropy, depending on its "energetic history" and escape depth.File in questo prodotto:
