Legal Informatics and Public Administration The emanation of the Legislative Decree No. 82 of 7 March 2005, Digital Administration Code, has completed the first step of the Public Administration innovation process, begun in the Nineties. Hereafter the continuous sequence of technological innovations, and the need to revive some institutions designed to digitize the PA but proved to be not very incisive, have induced the legislator to intervene again on the matter. Therefore starting by examining these new regulations and their reform goals, we will survey some topics that the legal informatics and specially ITTIG will provide for the future of a PA that use more and more the new technologies not only in its interaction with the users but also in the data exchange with other PA.

Informatica giuridica e pubblica amministrazione L'emanazione del D.lgs. 7 marzo 2005, n. 82 Codice dell'amministrazione digitale, ha concluso la prima fase del processo di innovazione della pubblica amministrazione iniziato negli anni Novanta. In seguito, il continuo succedersi delle innovazioni tecnologiche e la necessità di ridare impulso ad alcuni istituti che dovevano "digitalizzare" la PA, ma che invece erano risultati poco incisivi, hanno indotto il legislatore ad intervenire nuovamente sulla materia. A partire, dunque. dall'esame di queste novità normative e degli obiettivi di riforma che tentano di introdurre, sono passati in rassegna i contributi che l'informatica giuridica in generale, e l'Ittig in particolare, forniscono per il futuro di una PA che utilizza sempre più le nuove tecnologie sia nella sua interazione con l'utenza, sia nello scambio di dati con le altre PA
