El síndic municipal a Corts a la Corona d'Aragó, durant el regnat d'Alfons el Magnànim: el cas de Lleida

Se resalta la importancia del síndico municipal remitido a las Cortes, como representante del brazo real, una figura poco estudiada hasta el momento, a pesar de que nos aporta mucha información. A partir del estudio de los memoriales que la ciudad-en este caso Lleida- facilita a estos mensajeros, en el artículo se estudian las relaciones de este núcleo urbano y las Cortes catalanas, haciendo especial hincapié en los asuntos y las relaciones que se desencadenan dentro del brazo real, así como en las negociaciones que se mantienen con la Corona.

This paper underscores the importance that the local attorney had at the Courts, as a representative of the King's Estate. In spite of the fact that this figure has not been whoolly studied up to now, it furnishes us with a lot of information. Analyzing the Memorials given to these messengers by the government of the city - in this case Lleida-, it is possible to study the relationship between Lleida and the catalan Courts and, especially, what happened into the King's Estate and the arrangements that the city kept up with the Crown.
