Autonomie cittadine e potere regio negli atti dei Parlamenti del Regno di Sardegna nel Quattrocento

Through the reinterpretation of the acts of the Parliaments of the kingdom of Sardinia in the fifteenth century it was intended to focus on the relationship between the royal power and the real displacement, ie the representatives in Parliament of royal towns. Particular attention has been paid to the role of the royal towns in the Catalan Aragonese policy through a particular reflection on the concept of representation and the legal contours of the delegation

Attraverso la rilettura degli atti dei Parlamenti del regno di Sardegna nel XV secolo si è inteso mettere a fuoco i rapporti tra il potere regio e lo stamento reale, cioè le rappresentanze in Parlamento delle città regie. Particolare attenzione è stata dedicata al ruolo delle città regie nella politica catalano aragonese anche attraverso una riflessione particolare sul concetto di rappresentanza e sui contorni giuridici della delega.
