Our work reports the growth of two-phase (anatase-rutile) TiO2 nanotubes and the investigation of their gas sensing properties. Well-aligned and highly ordered nanotubes have been obtained by means of electrochemical anodization method. Depending on annealing regimes, the crystal structure of nanotubes was changing from anatase to anatase-rutile mixed structure. Abstract

Gas sensing performances of two-phase titania were not degraded at high working temperatures.
