In this paper we describe the fabrication of two-dimensional plasmonic arrays of gold square and rectangular patches on a Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) graphene monolayer transferred onto a glass substrate. In particular, the fabrication protocol of the 2D arrangement consisted of three main steps: an electron beam lithography exposure followed by thermal evaporation and a lift-off process. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) analyses are also reported showing that the geometrical parameters fit very well with the nominal parameters of the simulated structures. Furthermore Raman measurements confirm that the fabrication process does not affect the graphene monolayer. Finally, as preliminary optical characterization, the reflection behaviour of the plasmonic nanostructures, in linear regime, is investigated giving evidence of the graphene influence on the measured spectra.

Abstract
Finally, as preliminary optical characterization, the reflection behaviour of the plasmonic nanostructures, in linear regime, is investigated giving evidence of the graphene influence on the measured spectra.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
