Abstract
On the base of the experimentals. carried out by the authors, the problems linked to the mechanical resistance of theograft materials are discussed. A literature review, relative to the mechanical characteristics of the utilized materials for biomedical aims in comparison with those of other materials (of technological use) is proposed. Theauthors reportas the only intrinsiccharacteristics of the materials are not sufficient to guarantee the resultant quality of an implant, considering as the whole mechanical behaviour is coming both from the intrinsic mechanical characteristics from those setting on between grafted material and tissue.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
