This paper presents the development and evaluation of a QoSN (standing for Quality of Social Network) model for social networks populated with Web services. These latter are given the opportunity to select the networks that they would like to sign in taking into account their concerns like better protection to their private details and better exposure to potential consumers. To support Web services selection the QoSN model is built upon four criteria known as robustness, trust, fairness, and traceability. The computation of these criteria uses a cryptographic technique known as secure multi-party computation whose main feature is to guarantee the privacy of the details necessary to complete this computation. Different experiments showing how the net- works react to actions, e.g., attack, join, and kick out, taken by Web services are also presented in the paper.

Abstract
This paper presents the development and evaluation of a QoSN (standing for Quality of Social Network) model for social networks populated with Web services. These latter are given the opportunity to select the networks that they would like to sign in taking into account their concerns like better protection to their private details and better exposure to potential consumers. To support Web services selection the QoSN model is built upon four criteria known as robustness, trust, fairness, and traceability. The computation of these criteria uses a cryptographic technique known as secure multi-party computation whose main feature is to guarantee the privacy of the details necessary to complete this computation. Different experiments showing how the net- works react to actions, e.g., attack, join, and kick out, taken by Web services are also presented in the paper.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
