Usi popolari delle piante selvatiche nel territorio di Villarosa (EN - Sicilia Centrale)

In the present work the authors report the result of ethnobotanical research, which have been carried out in an area of particular ethnobotanical interest in the territories of Villarosa (Enna, C Sicily). Data concerning 90 wild species used in the alimentation, agriculture, handicraft, human andveterinary medical care, and other ethnobotanical uses are reported. These data want to contribute to avoid the loss of traditional knowledge on uses concerning the wild plants.
