Del. 2.1 Results on knowledge shared in the Citizen's say platform arising from the debate

During the first six months of activities of the project SciCafe 2.0, Partners have been discussing the most relevant requirements for the platform that the SciCafe 2.0 is to provide; namely the Citizens' Say platform. This report describes the pre-existing technologies used for building Citizens' Say, the actors, and their requirements to be fulfilled by the platform, in terms of general requirements, interface requirements, Database requirements, knowledge base requirements and service requirements.
