Abstract
In this work nanofiltration (NF) membranes have been investigated for the treatment of citrus press liquor and bergamot juice (a by-product of the bergamot essential oil production) in order to recover phenolic compounds from these wastes. Results related to the performance of investigated membrane in terms of productivity, antifouling properties and selectivity towards compounds of interest are presented and discussed.File in questo prodotto:
