In this study, the polychaete communities of soft bottoms Latium coast (Tyrrhenian Sea) was analyzed. Samples were collected in February-March 2004, in 57 stations between 5 and 115 meters depth. Results evidence the distribution of polychaete is basically related with the sediments grain size.
