Abstract
Branched Polymer Nanosystems such as Block copolymers micelles and dendrimers are promising classes of multifunctional macromolecules suitable for biological applications. Because of their molecular stucture they rpovide a source fo surface functionality and interior void space which makes well-suited for uses as carrier molecules in drig delivery apllications. Their miltivalent surface functionalities, in fact, can be linked to drugs molecules or ligand in a well defined manner thus increasing the binding efficiency or affinity to therapeutic molecules.File in questo prodotto:
