H3S is a new superconductor with the highest critical temperature ever measured. Here we present a tight-binding (TB) model for this compound in the simple cubic structure. Given the good agreement between the the TB band structure and the LDA one, we use this model to investigate in detail the electron-phonon coupling. of 1D mesochiral crystals will be addressed numerically and the results briefly discussed.
