Abstract
Chemical reaction, adsorption of a gas in a solid, or adsorption of gas in a liquid solvent can be used to solve problems in conservation, storage and transmission of energy. Possible applications of such processes are chemical heat pumps, cooling systems, heat transformers, chemical heat pipes, separation, storage and transmission of hydrogen. In the present paper, the principal chemical processes are described with their applications, advantages and drawbacks. © 1986.File in questo prodotto:
