Abstract
In this work the permeability and the selectivity for CH4 and CO2 of two ionic liquid membranes were determined and the results were compared with theoretically calculated mass transfer coefficients reported in the literature for gas diffusivity and solubility in pure ionic liquids. The studied ionic liquids were [emim][Tf2N] (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amide) and [emim][dca] (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide).File in questo prodotto:
