In order to promote and popularize the scientific culture, the Authors propose a demo for the on-line consultation of the publication "The Journey to Italy by J.W. Goethe and the geological landscape". Using the platform 3DRTE, representing the trip itinerary on a high-definition 3D model, the user can retrace the route of the "Journey to Italy", viewing scenery through the emotional elements as described step by step in the cards. Immersed in virtual 3D scenario, each one can benefit both of rigorously scientific content, as described in the cards, and of the original texts and original drawings by Goethe.
