An experimental setup was presented to study photoionization of molecules and atoms using the high-order harmonic radiation generated by a highly non-linear process. The characteristics of the experimental apparatus were reported. The results of the photoionization of krypton gas using the ninth order harmonic of fs Ti:S laser, observed both in the mass spectrum and electron spectrum, were also presented.
