In the modern society the relationship between food and health represents one of its basic topics, and information about these aspects is approaching so complex levels which are very difficult to be managed. Even if it is always true that any information about our health requires a medical investigation and appropriate indications, it is useful that information about food are supplied with news about ingredients which are used and about implications for user's health.
