Sr2FeMoO6 thin films, deposited by Pulsed Laser Deposition at fluence lower than 2 J/cm2, exhibit saturation magnetization and Curie temperature not far from the bulk theoretical values. On the contrary at fluence values higher than 3 J/cm2, a worsening of the ferromagnetic behavior together with an enhancement of the granularity turn up. X-ray diffraction, magnetization and electrical transport reveal that the saturation magnetization, the Curie temperature and the transport properties of the films are influenced by the chemical composition and by the cation disorder.
