Abstract
Temperature and seed molsture content are the principal factors that influence seed storability. Loss of germination capacily is associated to seedling growlh process which depends on cell elongation and cell division. The sensitivity of biochemical indices of vigour may represent an indicator of seed lot quality as regards its storability. An approach by multiple criteria in vigour deter mination may be also auspicable to evaluate better the possibility of success of a crop in field germination.File in questo prodotto:
