The current text is in many respects quite similar to the original one; so the question is if the Agreement, after almost forty-five years, can still be considered the international benchmark for the refrigerated transport. L'Accordo Internazionale per il Trasporto di merci deperibili (ATP) nasce a Ginevra il 1 Settembre 1970. La struttura del testo attuale è per molti versi simile al testo originale; è lecito, quindi, chiedersi se, dopo quasi quarantacinque anni, L'Accordo possa essere considerato ancora il punto di riferimento internazionale per il trasporto refrigerato. Nonostante le molteplici contraddizioni, la risposta deve essere positiva.
