Silanes and silicon containing compounds have been long since recognized as very important tools in organic synthesis, and their reactions have been the subject of many investigations in recent and less recent years. We give here a survey of the results of our ESR spectroscopic studies of some carbon to oxygen silicon migrations, namely 1,2-silicon shifts in alfa-ketosilanes and 1,3-silicon shifts in the adducts between unsaturated carbonyl compounds and silicon centred radicals.

Abstract
Silanes and silicon containing compounds have been long since recognized as very important tools in organic synthesis, and their reactions have been the subject of many investigations in recent and less recent years. We give here a survey of the results of our ESR spectroscopic studies of some carbon to oxygen silicon migrations, namely 1,2-silicon shifts in alfa-ketosilanes and 1,3-silicon shifts in the adducts between unsaturated carbonyl compounds and silicon centred radicals.File in questo prodotto:
