Abstract
Process-induced deformation represents a risk factor for composite structures as they affect surely the dimensional stability of the parts or the structural integrity. In this work, residual strains for a thick composite cylinder have been measured by FBG sensors. In addition a numerical procedure for predict strain state at the end of manufacturing process has been developed and compared to experimental data.File in questo prodotto:
