Abstract
In this chapter, a review of main strategies used to fabricate polymer-based composite and hybrid scaffolds in regenrative medicine is reported. The state of the art of porous scaffold and process technique are illustrated in the first paragraph. Composite scaffolds are introduced in two subsections dealing with degradation properties of matrices and bioactivity of calcium phosphate fillers. Finally, the second section is referred to synthesis approaches based on the assembly hybrid materials as scaffolds, empathisizing the use of sol-gel reaction for the fabrication of porous nanocompositesFile in questo prodotto:
