Abstract

In the frame of our research devoted to the deposition of thin films via metalorganic or atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition, the optimization of the growth parameters for low temperature deposition, the study of the influence of growth parameters on the properties of the obtained coatings and the synthesis and characterization of compounds containing Al, Cr, Ca, Zr, and Ti as source for low temperature MO-CVD here we present the object of our milestone, "Graded Coating", i.e. the deposition of titania and alumina via Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition on polystyrene with a honey-comb structure, using the Breath Figures method.
