TOMGRO model was adapted to estimate biomass and fruit production of Italian tomato cultivars grown in protected environment. This paper presents the results obtained applying the model to estimate plant growth (nodes, LAI and biomass) and berry production of Lycopersicum Esculentum Linn. (cv. Caramba) at short term (10 days).
