Deliverable D9.1 : "Project management guidelines, including administrative and financial procedures and informed consent template" WP9 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The deliverable presents the main processes to be managed during the project with the aim to reach efficiently the governance of the project and its Consortium Bofies. This guidelines for management is a practical tool to be used by all the Beneficiaries and project decisional bodies, in order to realize a common approach according to procedures and rules that any organization should follow. Five main macro-processes are the pillars of the project: -internal and external communication, -reporting to the decision making bodies, -monitoring and internal assessment, -project relationship -networking. These processes interact among them and are broken down in managing and operative procedures, described in this deliverable. The document follows the project life and will be updated during the project life according to incurring needs and requirements.
