Alzheimer's disease involves the formation of plaques of amyloid beta (A?), that induce cellular damage, including oxidative DNA damage. This study aims to investigate the capability of RF exposure to reduce the A?-induced DNA damage in SH-SY5Y cells. To this purpose a dose-response curve of A? has been set up in terms of DNA migration, and preliminary results on the effect of RF are reported.

Abstract
Alzheimer's disease involves the formation of plaques of amyloid beta (A?), that induce cellular damage, including oxidative DNA damage. This study aims to investigate the capability of RF exposure to reduce the A?-induced DNA damage in SH-SY5Y cells. To this purpose a dose-response curve of A? has been set up in terms of DNA migration, and preliminary results on the effect of RF are reported.File in questo prodotto:
