Abstract
HL-60 (human acute promyelocytic leukemia) and A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma) cell lines were exposed to different pulsed electric field conditions, to identify ESOPE equivalent electroporation protocols. The results indicated differential sensitivity of the two cell lines to protocols obtained by increasing the pulse number and reducing the electric field with respect to the standard one.File in questo prodotto:
