Abstract
The pore density in the upper pole of a cell membrane is here used to numerically investigate the electroporation effect of 500 pulses, 30 Hz, nsPEF (1.3MV/m, 40ns) delivered in two doses. The considered split dose protocols, with a time delay ranging from 1s to 5 minutes, highlight the existence of a maximum time up to which an increase in the electroporating efficiency can be attempt.File in questo prodotto:
