Abstract

On the basis of previous theoretical and experimental investigation there proposed and described the technical decision about examined possibility to do the receiver-frequency-meter-tuner of generators on the Josephson junctions (JJ) working in super wide band. It can be especially convenient for the experimental purposes with new generation structures when radiate power is small and frequency are unknown correctly. In new THz bands JJ is the best natural 'candidate' for this tasks in single-block-it has super wide voltage electronic regulation on frequency by basic quantum ratio 2eV= h?. JJ can be used as the criterion for the frequency measuring and as a sensitive element for the tuning of the generation structures. Short description presented about it.
